as in Judaism: intercourse between a married or engaged woman and
a person other than her husband. Both are adulterers, save if she was
raped, then only the man is guilty of the crime. DEU: 22:22.
Fornication as in
Judaism: intercourse between persons not married to eachother:
both are fornicators or one is an adulterer.
Thus it seems married Jewish
man could not commit adultery with a single woman, nor
fornication! So, according to Jesus his teachings in the New
Agreement ( NT ) has anything changed here? I am sure it has. Christian
man cannot have exta-marital affairs with single woman. One: Christians
must be of the spirit and not of the flesh. Two: we are all one in
This shows that God is
merciful and understanding, and realistic, not putting burdens upon men
which they cannot bear. This makes it much easier for everybody, as
lust of the flesh is naturally within us, also allowing sexual
intercourse between marriages, would you meet somebody new after your
spouse deceased: somebody who, of course, is NOT engaged.
Metaphor by God to express the
act of serving other 'so-called' Gods or praying to 'so-called' Saints
or anyone else than God or Christ. This spiritual fornication;
such as we see in the Catholic church with the worship of Mary and dead
persons 'they' ordained Saints (Christians).
The Catholics pray to dead
people they named 'Saints' ( the first name for 'Christians' ) and they
pray to Mary, known as 'Virgin Mary', the mother of Jesus, who was
Virgin when she conceived Jesus, but who afterwards had sexual
intercourse with Joseph, her husband and has borne brothers and sisters
JOH 14: 6 Jesus
saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh
unto the Father, but by me.
10: 26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the
knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for
HEB 10: 27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment
and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
The above quote tells you that:
a) you will not receive God's attention if you do not call upon him in the name of Jesus Christ.
b) he is the one mediator between God and men: no other.
c) you will have to pass Christ on judgment day to get to heaven: for he shall judge the earth.
MAT 5: 32
But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for
the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever
shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
- How can your wife fornicate? Is it not adultery that a married
person is guilty of when sexually violating? So, the word 'fornication'
is probably just misapplied here, as we so often do when we communicate.
CO1 5: 1 It
is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such
fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one
should have his father's wife.
- Now the definition of fornication seems altered again: not with
the engaged but with a married father or mother. If we accept the
first meaning, then literally, it should refer to the engaged violating
with their parents.
CO1 7: 2 Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.
- Paul here is speaking to the engaged and the single persons. Else, to whom?
We must be able to find this in the New Testament: The New Agreement.
Jesus teaches us that we must
part from the flesh and attain to the spirit. That which is flesh shall
not enter heaven, for only those who are whole and thus of the spirit
Thus Christians, according to
the doctrine of Jesus, cannot sleep with another woman, as the Jews
could. We are all one in Chris: what applicable for one is also
applicable for the others.
Also, those who are baptized
will not be of the flesh, but naturally will be of the spirit.
Show me one proven minister of Christ (i.e a truly baptized and thus
holy one) that was having extra-marital affairs! You can't find
one REAL one! For rebirth makes you incorruptible: incapable to revert.
This is the generation of Jesus: adultery and fornication can be committed by both man and woman.
So, yes, indeed: it is like it is! It is not the way you like to see it, or even the way you see it, if in err: but the way it is!
To find out how it is, you must investigate and find the truth. You read 'do not kill',
like it happened to me, you are alarmed! This makes no sense; so
you investigate and find out that this is a mistranslation; a faulty
translation. The commandment reads: do no murder.
